HueHarmony ("we", "us", "our") is a seasonal color analysis app that helps you discover your personal color palette and shop matching fashion. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account data: email address and password (stored securely by our authentication provider), plus any display name, avatar, and style notes you add to your profile.
• Quiz & analysis results: your seasonal color result, trait scores, and saved palettes.
• Saved outfits: the looks you build and save.
• Photos: images you upload for AI photo analysis are processed to determine your palette and are not retained beyond the analysis session.
• Purchase records: order and payment status for your Hue+ subscription, processed by our payment provider.
• Usage data: anonymized analytics about how you use the app (e.g., quiz started, results viewed).

How we use your information

• To provide your color analysis, palettes, and outfit recommendations.
• To save and sync your results across your devices when you're signed in.
• To process payments and manage your Hue+ subscription.
• To send you your color results by email when you request it.
• To improve our recommendations and the app's features.

AI photo analysis

When you use photo analysis, your uploaded image is sent to our AI analysis service to estimate your seasonal color. The image is used only to generate your result and is not used to train our models or shared with third parties for advertising.

Third-party services

• Authentication: sign-in providers such as Google and Apple handle your login credentials. We receive only the information needed to identify your account.
• Payments: Base44 Payments (powered by Wix) processes Hue+ purchases. We do not store your full card details — those are handled by the payment provider.
• Retailers: shopping links open on third-party retailer websites, which have their own privacy policies.

Data storage & retention

Your data is stored on secure servers managed by our platform provider. We keep your saved palettes and outfits for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your saved palettes, outfits, and style preferences are removed.

Your rights

You can view, edit, and delete your saved palettes and outfits at any time from your account. You can delete your account and its associated data from the Account page. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data under laws like the GDPR or CCPA.

Children's privacy

HueHarmony is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll reflect the date of the latest update at the top of this page.
