What HueHarmony is
HueHarmony is a seasonal color analysis app. It helps you discover your personal color palette through a guided quiz or AI photo analysis, then suggests fashion items from third-party retailers in shades that match your result. The app also includes tools like an in-store color checker, wardrobe scanning, and an AI styling assistant.
One-time purchase
Hue+ is a one-time purchase that unlocks premium features including AI photo analysis, the AI shopper, outfit building, and shop-your-shades links. There is no recurring subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring charge. You pay once and keep access for the lifetime of the product.
Refund policy
Because Hue+ is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the features you paid for, contact us at hello@thehueharmony.com and we'll work to resolve it. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for verified technical failures within 14 days of purchase.
Color analysis is guidance, not professional advice
Your color season and palette are generated from your quiz answers or an AI estimate of your photo. These results are intended as styling guidance and inspiration, not as professional color consulting, dermatological, or fashion advice. The analysis is approximate and may not account for factors like changes in hair color, skin tone, or lighting. Always use your own judgment when making purchasing decisions.
Third-party retailers
Shopping links open on third-party retailer websites. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, quality, or policies of products sold by those retailers. Any purchase you make from a third-party retailer is governed by that retailer's own terms and policies.
Limitation of liability
HueHarmony is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its color analysis results, including any purchases made based on those results. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for Hue+.
